The Lingvodidactic training programme is for foreign students who already have the knowledge of Russian language in the volume of the basis phonetics and grammar and who want to get the level of Elementary level – this programme is oriented on the requirements of “State Standard on the Russian language as a foreign language. A1/Elementary level.”
The Training programme is for beginners. Testing for obtaining Russian citizenship
Russian President’s decree of November 14, 2002, #1325 “On confirmation of Statute on the order of consideration of Russian citizenship issues” stipulates, that when applying for citizenship, the applicant has to produce a document, proving his ability to speak Russian on the level enough to communicate with Russian-speaking community in verbal and written form.
